We started as a mobile cart doing farmers markets and now we're proud to serve our community in our brick-and-mortar shop in the heart of Knightdale, NC. Specialty espresso, housemade syrups, and a space designed to be the third place you've been looking for.

Friday, May 22 we are cutting the ribbon on Unhinged Coffee & Co!
Join us Friday, May 22 as we cut the ribbon on Unhinged Coffee & Co in downtown Knightdale. Good Mornings NC rolls in at 7:00 AM serving breakfast until they sell out, the vendor block party runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with local makers and small businesses, and Mayor Jessica Day joins us for the official ribbon cutting at 11:00 AM. Bring your people, grab a coffee, shop the vendors, and help us celebrate!

Join us Friday, May 29 at 6 PM for a private tasting event and an exclusive first look at our entire summer drink drop.
The night includes a curated five-drink flight, a charcuterie spread by Bellow Butcher Co, and a full-experience walk-through of the season's lineup: how we created them and why.

Run Club will meet Bi-weekly on Saturday Morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Our doors soft open April 3rd, serving specialty coffee with our housemade syrups daily until 3:30 PM. However this is just the beginning! As we approach our grand opening in early May, we'll launch our full day-to-night concept, open into the evening with craft beer, wine, and THC beverages along side our full coffee bar so our community can enjoy this space from morning to night. The third place you've been looking for is here, come on in pull up a chair.
